Description

A cigar mold from J. Brüning & sohn from Langendiebach, Germany. It is exceptional that the metal hinge system and handle are still attached to the wooden molds. Usually, these have already been removed.
In the hand-carved wooden molds, the moist leaves were pressed around the tobacco to form the cigars and then dry them.
